RECIPES

DESSERT STRAWBERRY



Ingredients:



- 1 cup mashed fresh strawberries


- 2 1 / 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin


- 4 tablespoons lemon juice


- 6 egg whites


- 2 cups Sugar


- 1 cup whipped cream






Preparation:


1. Ready strawberry puree. Soak gelatin in lemon juice for 5 minutes and then heat it in a double boiler until completely melted. Heat slightly strawberry puree and slowly add it gelatin, being careful to stir well






2. Beat the egg whites until frothy. Slowly add sugar, beating all the time until it forms stiff peaks. Fold into the strawberry puree.






3. Whip cream until it forms stiff peaks and stir into mixture. Pour into individual serving bowls until well retrigere. To serve garnish with a strawberry.
